Responsibilities: General oversight of business and affairs of Running Rivers, incredible photographer and fisherman
Qualifications: Erik was raised and grew up fishing along the banks of the Mississippi River in the heart of Wisconsin’s Driftless area, until he moved to Colorado in 1999. Unlike most, Erik didn’t pick up a fly rod until arriving to Colorado, but has made up for lost time ever since. Erik has a passion for travel, and his piscatorial pursuits have taken him to seventeen countries to date, with more being added as often as possible. He’s also currently working on fly fishing in every state in the U.S. When not on the water he can be found hunting in the high country, snowboarding in the back country, or exploring remote wild places with his wife Shelly and his daughter Addyson, typically with a camera in hand.
